I have the honour to inform you that this site provides information about the work of the United Nations in-relation to Somalia. The purpose of the site is to provide awareness of Somalia’s activities at the U.N as well as the UN’s role in the developing of a post-conflict Somalia. We look forward to working with the International Community in order to bring everlasting peace in a region that has long yearned for it. You will find information such as country profiles and other relevant statistics, as well as statements made by Somali delegates in the General Assembly, Security Council and other U.N bodies.
